Who are we
Our Story
Geeky Banter isn't just the name of our production team, it's also the name of our found family. We've been a group of friends for over fifteen years, and over those fifteen years we started creating together. In 2012 we made our first entry into what is now called The Banter Cinematic Universe (The BCU). It was a simple nine minute vlog filmed over the course of Comic-Con weekend.
Since then, our friendship circle grew and so did the content, whilst keeping a low budget-bohemian style of filming that I've always said has been "sort of Frankenstein'ed together". This new content turned into a whacky, yet charming, semi-improv'd story telling extravaganza that is still ongoing.
Whilst we adore these projects, we've never wanted to limit ourselves. A good number of us are creators at our core; actors, writers, directors and musicians, so as the content grew so did our ambitions. It is our ambition to turn Geeky Banter into a fully fledged production company making content for geeks, like us, all in-house and giving all of our amazing friends a moment to shine in what they excel at.
I'm so very excited for the future of Geeky Banter, and I invite you to follow us on our continued adventures. This is just the beginning!
